Where can I find apparel size charts?

When will my order ship/be ready for pick-up?

All orders will be processed at the end of the ordering period & delivered free of charge to the school. Orders are prepared and shipped 18 days from the close of the ordering period.

For example: if ordering closes Nov 27 then product delivery is scheduled for the week of Dec 15.

Please check your order card or the website for your program's specific dates.


What carrier will my order ship through?

Local deliveries will be delivered free of charge to your child’s school.

All orders that are not delivered to your child’s school are shipped via Canada Post. If you are ordering internationally once your order leaves Canada, it will be shipped through your country’s national carrier.


My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products and send them to orderdesk@ioprintsolutions.com along with your personal order code and a note describing the damage.


Where can I ship to?

We offer Worldwide Shipping through Canada Post.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Local deliveries will be delivered free of charge to your child’s school. Other shipping methods can be calculated per order via the checkout page.


My child’s name is spelled wrong on the order form. Can this be fixed?

Yes. You can correct your child’s information during ordering. In the product editing screen there is a field where you can adjust the spelling of your child's name.


My child’s age is wrong on the order form. Can this be fixed?

Yes. You can correct your child’s information during ordering. In the product editing screen there is a field where you can adjust your child's age.


I accidently placed duplicate orders; can I cancel one of them?

Please contact orderdesk@ionprintsolutions.com with the duplicate order that you would like to cancel.

We are unable to cancel any orders once we begin the manufacturing process as all products are made to order.


Can I order artwork from previous campaigns?

While this feature is not currently available, our development team is working to add this to the program. Please join our mailing list receive updates.


Can I place a personal/individual order? How do I order outside of the fundraiser window?

My child's art doesn't appear on the website. What do I do?

At this time we are using standardised art in our product images, when you enter the product editor your child's art should populate. If it does not please check the 'Avatar' tab of your account. If you do not see a piece of art there please contact orderdesk@ionprintsolutions.com with your child's first name, classroom, and school. We will locate and upload your child's artwork.


What do I do if I’ve lost my child’s order form?

Please send an email to orderdesk@ionprintsolutions.com with the following information:

  • School Name
  • Class
  • Child's First Name and Last Initial
  • Teacher's Name

We will locate and send your child's personal ordering code to you.


Who keeps my child(ren)’s original artwork?
Original artwork is returned to the school once all orders have been completed. Please contact your child(ren)’s school if required.
