Connection in Color

Our Story

Created in 2014 by Jan and Craig McEwen of ION Print Solutions, Connection in Color was created as an alternative to traditional fundraisers. Knowing there was a need for school fundraisers that didn’t involve perishable food items with challenging delivery logistics, and being well versed in school fundraising having 4 athletic children they knew just how time and resource consuming traditional fundraising could be.

Wanting a unique twist, they combined their knowledge of the print industry with their own experiences to create an art card fundraising program. It’s been many years since the first iteration of Connection in Color, and it’s now grown to include a wide variety of products featuring custom creations by your favorite artists.

Our Manufacturing Process

ION Print + Marketing Solutions was Edmonton’s first green printing company having made the switch in 2008. With over a decade of experience in eco-responsible printing we’re confident in our in house production capabilities allowing us to offer a large variety of products that we’re always expanding.

All products are printed with vegetable based inks and no harsh chemicals meaning not only are Connection in Color fundraisers benefiting your community, they’re also eco-responsible! We also produce our products in house, which allows us to ensure that your orders make it to you easily, and efficiently.
